This is a traditional eastern treatment, where fine sterile needles are inserted into specific acupuncture points on the body, depending on an individuals pattern of disharmony or presenting symptoms.
Reflexology is based on the principle that reflex points on the soles, tops, and sides of the feet correspond to different areas of the body. In this way, the feet can be seen as a ‘map’ of the body.
